How do you define success?
Consider how you know when you've been successful. Maybe when you've achieved a goal, when you receive positive feedback, or when your team is working well together. Tell the interviewer how you see success and be sure to tie your answer into the success that you plan to bring to this particular position, should you be offered the role.
"I define success by my ability to reach the goals that are set out for me. On a personal level, the things I wish to achieve in my life. On a work level, the targets that are set out for me as well as the professional development that I seek."
