This is another opportunity to share your skills and the contributions you believed you'd deliver to this position. Talk about work-related areas where you showed growth and how you want to continue to grow in a positive direction. Offer stories where you've contributed in the past and how you want to build on those accomplishments.

Don't offer examples that are basic requirements of the job where you have shown a need for improvement. Instead, focus on areas that are within an acceptable range of what might be outside your comfort zone. Showing motivation to expand the sphere of your comfort zone is ideal.
