Rachelle's Feedback
This answer is a fair start, but I encourage you to be much more detailed. For instance, if you ask yourself, 'Can this response be applied to any company?' and if the answer is 'Yes, it can,' then it's time to dig into the Pfizer job description and uncover some critical details. Feel free to revisit this answer, and I can return with further feedback.

My dream... and all I wanted is to work for a big or enormous multinational company!
Because there, I will have many opportunities to point out my talents and skills.
I will have the opportunity to grow, develop, challenge and improve myself.
I will have the opportunity to enjoy training from recognized people, socialize with skillful colanguages, and be assessed with meritocratic criteria.

Rachelle's Feedback
These are all excellent reasons to join a multinational company like Pfizer. I recommend adding specific details that are custom to Pfizer only. As it stands right now, this response could be recycled for any biotech/pharma company. The interviewer will want to see some. For instance, the details you provided in question #10 and #12 would be a great start :)
Prepare for behavioral and technical questions specific to pharmaceutical industry leaders.
