Setbacks happen to everyone. What's most important is how you respond. You can strengthen this answer by talking about how you handle a setback. Do you pause to evaluate what happened, make adjustments, and try again? This would be a great opportunity to use the STAR method. Share a Situation that had a positive outcome. Describe the specific Task you were supposed to accomplish. Tell about the Action you took to overcome a challenge and complete the task. Finally, share the Result and how you contributed to the successful outcome."
