Every manager wants a team player who will not resist company policy or argue about every detail of the workload. However; time may come when you need to speak up about something, and it may not look the best on you. Talk to the interviewer about a time that this may have happened to you on the job.

State and federal laws require companies to produce schedules for employees in advance. Currently, at my center, the schedule changes so often that we are required to look the day before to see if we are scheduled to work. I brought it up to management and we had a discussion on how to address the situation.

This sounds like an example you can expand on. You can improve this answer by talking about how far in advance schedules are supposed to be produced and how employees felt about the frequent changes. Then, share how you approached management to express your team's needs and why you felt this would result in a negative response. Finally, talk about the outcome you achieved.
