The healthcare industry is rapidly evolving as new technologies are developed and introduced. Other ways to assess and treat patients may differ from how you were taught during your training. The interviewer wants to hear that you accept change and are not resistant to learning new methods or approaches to doing something.

"I recently was trained in using telemedicine to provide patient care on a digital platform. The clinic I worked in had an issue with providing care to all of our patients, and telemedicine was introduced to help a larger amount of patients virtually. While I enjoy the face-to-face interactions with my patients, I enjoyed learning a new method of patient care."
