"While I am happy where I am in my career, I still have various career interests. I am interested in learning more about audiology and see that you have that as a specialty service you provide. Audiology interests me as I have a grandmother who recently lost her hearing in an accident. I want to learn more about the different options that could help my grandmother and others like her."

There is no wrong answer to this question. If you are interested in learning about another area of healthcare, discuss what specialty you are interested in pursuing and why. If you are happy where you are in your career, explain why you want to stay in the same specialty.
