What part of your work brings you the most stress? How would you handle this stress when working for MediClinic?

"When the patient schedule is running behind, and we have a backup in the waiting area, I find that situation pretty stressful. I like to be on time to ensure that our patients and clients get the proper, timely help they need. In times where this has happened in the past, we work as a team to help catch up as best as possible. And if needed, we work with our schedulers to have them reschedule any non-urgent patients for a later date."

"To be completely transparent, I probably bring myself the most stress because of my innate desire to be the best. I strive for perfection too often, which causes undue stress on me. I manage this by focusing my energy on my patients and their needs, and know that I am doing my best to take care of them,"
