"Three years ago, my facility underwent a corporate merger and came under new management. This put many new methods and policies in place, and many of my colleagues and teammate immediately developed negative and unwilling attitudes. That simply isn't how I operate, so I kept a positive mindset and sought out the positive aspect of the implemented changes.
