The interviewers will expect you to be willing to compromise and work through difficult situations with your colleagues. Being unwilling to compromise or find alternative solutions to a dispute can affect everyone on the team, even if it is indirectly. Sharing a personal experience is what your interviewer is ideally looking to hear, but do not embellish it to 'be the hero.' Highlight your ability to diagnose a disagreement and act upon it with respect and a focus on your work.
