"I find that it's pretty simple to balance life and work with the right company. It doesn't feel like a chore when I enjoy what I do. I take time on the weekends to do things for myself and ensure that I regenerate before the work week begins. I am always sure that when at home, my family gets my attention first. We enjoy camping, dirt bike riding, hiking, and kayaking. After spending time with my family, I am more energized and productive at work."

"I make a strong effort to keep a healthy balance by spending my free time away from my cell phone and having more face-to-face time with my friends and family. I indulge in the things that make me happy on my days off. I enjoy paddleboarding, volunteering at my daughter's school, and going for long runs with my dog. I can give even more energy at work by consistently rejuvenating in this way."

Describe what you do in your personal life that energizes and rejuvenates you for your next shift. Team members with healthy ways to destress on their days off are more energetic, productive, and happier than those who do not have that balance.

I always separate between my work and my private life. During the job, I only focus on my duties. When I finish my shift, I leave everything related to work at the workplace and go home to start my other life, which is my husband and my kids. During the weekend, I do different activities with my family and friends, so I gain enough energy to start my new week positively.
