They will also see what patient populations you will be the best working with. For example, if you say you would like to expand your knowledge in pediatrics, the interviewer will see that you enjoy working with children.

Be sure your answer aligns with the services LifeLabs offers or the patient population. If you say you would like to expand your knowledge in brain surgery, the interviewer may think you will be a short-term employee because you want to become a surgeon. It is better to say you want to become more knowledgeable about the geriatric or pediatric side of healthcare as you will work with patients in both age groups.

If there is an opportunity to choose a specific aspect of health care, I will select the pediatric department. Because I have kids, I have good experiences on how to deal with them and what they need. Plus, I would be happy to gain more knowledge related to kids.
