What do you think your best and worst qualities are?

"I would have to say that one of the things I'd like to improve about myself and that most people recognize about me is I always want to be the 'fixer.' While I know that this is not always a negative thing, I have often let the fact that I couldn't fix a certain situation trouble me. On a lighter note, I believe I have a positive, outgoing personality. I enjoy getting to know others and like to make them feel comfortable."

      "My best qualities are that I am a great mediator, mentor, and learner. I love helping newer employees and helping others to see a different perspective. I also like to teach myself new things and will put in the extra effort to understand, ask questions, and get the job done. My worst quality is that I am soft-spoken. I have always been rather quiet but as I gain more experience and confidence, this has improved significantly. I still may need to be reminded to speak louder but I never let it stop me from doing a presentation or speaking in meetings. I also encourage the feedback if people can't hear me and have been going to my local Toastmasters to get more comfortable with public speaking."
