I have a tendency to keep an open mind and not judge others. This allows me to maintain positive relationships with coworkers and customers in spite of others' opinions. I also like for others to notice the effort I put in to solve my own problems, using all the resources at my disposal, before asking others for help. This allows me to bring forth all the information I've gathered on the subject so as not to waste other people's time and it becomes a learning opportunity for bits of information that I may need later.
