I would look for someone who has a passion for IQVIAs mission and the willingness to grow. I think I embody these characteristics because I went into Biomedical Engineering for the same reasons IQVIA went into medical information technology, to create a healthier world. In addition, I am always willing to learn new things. I learned new tools and a new programming language to be successful in previous roles and I obtained certification to help me grow and be more successful as a Biomedical Technician.
