A hotel has many working departments that must support one another--for example, housekeeping, food, beverage, maintenance, etc. The interviewer needs to know that you are a person who can get along and work seamlessly with other employees. Reassure the hiring manager that you are more than willing to do whatever is necessary to maintain a good communication flow and good rapport with any other employee you might encounter.
