Why should we hire you?
The interviewer is asking this question as a way of inviting you to sell yourself. Think of ways that you bring unique skills and talents to the table. Your answer could include any industry accolades, unique achievements, additional industry-related training, a second language, or your involvement in the community. Don't be afraid to brag about yourself a bit. In an interview, you are your most influential advocate.
