Think of a time you worked long hours and made sacrifices to overcome a challenging problem. Demonstrate your impact and the significance of your solution, and the effect it had on the client.
"I have always tried to go beyond for our guests. I had a guest in our last hotel who was celebrating an anniversary. They had made arrangements for the sitter to come and watch their toddler, but the sitter couldn't make it. I volunteered to watch the baby so that they could go to dinner and celebrate!!"
