How do you interact with your direct supervisor in your current/most recent position?
The interviewer needs to know that you will be respectful of other employees and your supervisor. This is an opportunity for you to reassure the hiring manager that you are a professional in dealing with feedback and learning opportunities. This question is also sometimes asked to determine if you might tend to be a malcontent. Applicants who complain and criticize a former manager may signal the hiring manager not to hire you. Be positive when describing previous relationships.
