QUESTION 29 OF 31

What is your current salary?

Having a salary conversation is never an easy one during an interview, but it is necessary. A potential employer will often base their offer on your current salary. You should be transparent about your most recent earnings and be prepared to back up any salary requests.

I have earned a base salary plus commission for the past five years, and I appreciate the security and earnings flexibility that comes with this pay structure.
