Talk openly to your interviewer about any formal customer service training you have received. This training could be in the form of an onboarding plan, on-the-job training, coursework, or even books that you have read or podcasts you have tuned into. In the end, no matter what training you have received in the past, you need to show that you are aware of who your customers are in the role you are interviewing for and how you will always bring excellent service as part of the Fonterra team.
