"Yes, I consider myself a very patient person on the job. In food safety and compliance, I rely on input from others when developing new standards and documenting procedures. I can't always get the information I request right away because others are busy, so I continue to work on other things and come back to projects when I have the right information. How to Answer

Whether you are interviewing for a customer-facing role or not, at Fonterra you will still be required to have a solid understanding of the customer journey and have patience with that journey. If you are patient, you will be thoughtful in your words, and be observant by nature. You are slower to react on impulse, and you make calculations before responding in emotionally challenging or heated situations. Show the interviewer that you can stay professional and patient in any situation at Fonterra by talking about a time you had to be patient on the job in the past.

      2nd Answer Example

"I have always prided myself on being a patient and forgiving person, both in my personal life and on the job. These are values and ways of doing my job that I would be happy to bring to work here at Fonterra."
