"Currently, I supervise 12 employees with an overall portfolio responsibility of 24M. In my previous role, I managed 23 employees but with a smaller portfolio of 6MM. I feel comfortable handling a large range of employees and have enjoyed the mentorship opportunities these leadership positions have offered me."

"Although I did not officially supervise anyone in my most recent position, I always had my eye out for opportunities to lead or mentor the junior staff. I volunteered in a company-wide program that pairs new hires with employees who have been at the company for at least a few years. I appreciated having the opportunity to get lunch with a new hire every week and share advice with him as he settled into the new role."
