Why the Interviewer Asks This Question
While this question gives your interviewer insight into the diversity of your programming language experience, the interviewer also wants to know that you are adaptable and can learn on the fly if needed. Research Coinbase as much as you can before your interview so that you can discuss the specific languages they work with. The need for programming knowledge will depend on the role to which you're applying. Some roles may not require any previous experience in coding.
