"I began my IT career as a business systems analyst working on a custom development team that supported enterprise applications for our legal, HR, properties, and security groups. I participated in a number of development initiatives to build systems from scratch that aligned with unique business needs. For example, I helped design a custom legal contract system that held the commitment data for all of the talent and senior management contracts within our company. I also assisted in the implementation and integration of several vendor-provided solutions for asset management, and security functions like badge processing.
As an IT consultant, I was responsible for strategic planning and roadmap development for the same business areas. I partnered with the enterprise stakeholders as well as the stakeholders in our front-line business area to ensure that all of their data and integration needs were met. This included developing strategies to implement our custom solutions with PeopleSoft and Workday"
