"I have experience in traditional waterfall software development as well as several agile approaches including scrum, kanban, and rapid application development.
My favorite is scrum. I really enjoy the principles scrum is built upon and how it offers a bit more structure than rapid app, or kanban. I like working with self-managing teams and a skilled scrum master adds a ton of value to the product development process. I also appreciate the flexibility of how backlogs are prioritized and managed. Product backlogs allow me to capitalize on new opportunities as they arise in my role as a product manager."
