QUESTION 5 OF 25

What type of project have you worked on that you are most proud of?

The type of project you describe should tie in with the job you are interviewing for. If this is an industry you have not worked in before, think of a solo or group project you are proud of that utilized many transferable skills to this role. For example, if you are interviewing for a customer service position, describe a project where you used your communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

"The project I am most proud of was the addition of a neonatal wing to the hospital I previously worked at. I was the healthcare manager of the project, and it was the first multi-million dollar venture I had overseen. Ultimately, the addition was completed two months early and was under budget by four million dollars. I was proud that I saved the hospital a lot of money, that it was completed early, and that my team was solid and did a fantastic job."
