"Last year in my role as a Field Sales Specialist with my current organization, we were having a very slow start to our sales of a new product line of office machines like printers, copiers, and fax machines. To help boost sales, I approached our management about hosting a demo day onsite at our corporate headquarters, where we could invite potential clients onsite for a day to test out the products. While we had never tried this before, the idea of letting clients see our operations and enjoy camaraderie and food on us while getting to test new products was seen as a great idea. I helped plan the event with a team of individuals. In the end, it received great feedback from both current and prospective clients and really boosted sales of a new line of products for us."

"Throughout my career, I think I've demonstrated my ability to be flexible and to challenge traditional methods many times. Perhaps the most significant time was when I personally made it my mission to transition the organization I was with at the time from a classroom training model to a virtual training model. This involved both new hire orientations and training for current staff. Our leadership had always facilitated training in classroom-type settings and it was getting old and stale for a lot of the training sessions we were putting on. After attending some great conferences, I was filled with great ideas for implementing an online training system with videos and classroom-type training. After a slow implementation, the new training model received plenty of solid reviews and the organization was saving money while improving the training experience for new and existing staff."
