"Working in corporate contracting for the past five years, my job has entailed working closely with internal sales staff as well as the customers we are contracting with. I have had leeway to work with customers on their contracts to make mutual concessions to meet their needs and demands. To do this, I have either hosted meetings between the staff of my organization and the customer over the phone, via web conferencing, or in-person. These sessions form the foundation for the contract process. Are you able to elaborate on the typical contracting process here at Boston Scientific in the work that I would be doing?"

"Working in production on the manufacturing side, I have worked with external customers on many things and these connections are built through solid communication on my end. A typical communication with a customer would be a change in materials we are using to make circuit boards. When this happens, I work with my engineering team to send out communication to our customers. We openly invite them to come onsite to our facility for demos and we also send out test pieces for them to demo on their production end of things. We often get special requests and we work as a team between production and engineering to ensure we meet our customers needs."

When I was working in construction I often had people come to me off the street asking me questions about the company I worked for. They saw that my colleagues and l acted professionally, were very polite, and were well informed about the work and success of the company. Sometimes this would help the company gain new contracts.

Working in the installation department in the decking industry, I'm the last person the client sees when receiving their final product. I must assure the project is well executed to get the client satisfaction we are looking for. I always try to go above and beyond for the client and meet their requests when possible. I once had a client who had had a terrible experience with another decking company so I had to walk her through all of our products, certifications, and installation process to gain her trust and let us redo her home renovations.
