For this question, it is first important to know the facts about Boston Scientific as an organization, so be sure to do your research. Highlight for your interviewer that you know they are an organization with almost 30,000 people worldwide and that they sell over 13,000 products to 125 countries across the world. Then, talk about any experience you have working for a worldwide organization and how you communicated and worked effectively with your team. If you don't have direct experience, think about what would be those challenges and explain how you would overcome them. Your interviewer will be looking to hear that you have the foresight to see the challenges and that you have the determination and skills to overcome them.

"In my current sales role, I have a customer base that extends both into Canada and into Mexico and these customers are great to work with. For some of the customers, particularly in Mexico, I have to work with my team to ensure that shipping is handled properly to meet regulatory requirements for crossing the border. Timely communication to both my team and my customers is essential to set expectations and get things done on time. I'm very curious to learn more about this role and what international customers I would potentially be working with."

"In researching this position as a Clinical Trial Manager, I know that I have all of the technical skills to be an effective project manager for the team here at Boston Scientific. The hurdles that I see would be working on product lines that would be used internationally, as I don't have that direct experience so far in my career. From my eye, the biggest factor I would see in getting up to speed in the global market is educating myself on products and regulations in the countries that Boston Scientific does business with. I love to learn on the job and I do this by talking to people, reading, and attending training classes. If hired for this position, you'll quickly find that I am motivated to be successful in this role and personal education on the international side of the business would be a top priority of mine from the start."

I know that Boston Scientific is a company with over 30,000 people making over 13,000 products selling to 125 countries I know that a company that does this much business would have to be very well organized and very well delegated. I haven't worked for a global organization but I understand that I would educate myself on the different products and regulations. I wouldn't see this as hard to do as I am a fast learner and I enjoy learning new things.

I have previously worked in small, local companies however I think communication is key no matter the size of the business. The main hurdle I think I would have to overcome when working for Boston scientific is getting up to speed with global market regulations. Many of these things I will have to learn on my day-to-day and follow up with the proper research.

Nice! Mentioning that communication is important no matter the size of the company will likely impress the interviewer. It's also good that you're aware of the main hurdle you'll have to overcome (learning all of the global market regulations). Consider also talking about some of the things that you look forward to encountering while working for a large organization. See below for an example:
While I've previously worked for small, local companies, I am confident that I'll excel within a large global organization like yours as well. I believe that communication is key no matter the size of the business, and I plan to use my strong communication skills to build new relationships with colleagues and management. I think that the main hurdle I'll have to overcome is getting up to speed with global market regulations, but I look forward to learning and researching these. I'm a quick learner who will put in the time to get up to speed as quickly as possible. Finally, I know that larger organizations typically offer more career development and growth opportunities, which excites me. I'm also eager to be surrounded by a diverse community of smart and motivated individuals. I know that I'll transition nicely into your company and its culture.
