I was really upset and horrified, and when I confronted him about it, his attitude was really dismissive. I wrestled with it overnight, but then I knew I had to go to my manager the next day and talk it out with her. She told me that she really appreciated that I came to her with the information and said that she would handle it. My coworker ended up getting fired, which was hard -- but I knew that I had done the right thing."
