I've always had a great experience as a customer at Big W - the staff are friendly and helpful, which is a positive reflection on Big W's ethos and the way stores are run. The selection of goods is excellent - the homeware is of great value. Great designs at competitive and affordable prices. The gardening selection has many times saved me a trip to _______. The specials are excellent. Earlier in the year, I picked up some beautiful Egyptian cotton towels in modern colours and refreshed my bathroom on a budget. I think they serve a great retail niche and provide good quality stock at affordable prices, making customers feel valued. As customer service is important to me, I appreciate this, and I would love to work for Big W for these reasons.

I've been a Big W casual employee for years and the company culture at Big W seems really great. Besides, BIG W is a division of Woolworths Group which is the largest supermarket chain in Australia. I will be very proud if I can become a member of this team.
