"Last month, an older customer came in and asked for help finding a toy for her granddaughter. She was embarrassed to admit that her memory wasn't great, and she couldn't remember the name of the toy. I could have easily told her I couldn't help her, apologized, and walked away, but I decided to help her as best I could. She described the toy, and I took her to the aisle where I thought it might be. I showed her several toys, pointing out the similarities to the one she described until we found the one she wanted. She was so thankful that I took the time to help her, but I was just glad that she was able to leave with the item she wanted."
