"I want to work in a culture that is built on empathy, understanding, and treats every client and team member with dignity and respect. This is what attracted me to compete for this opportunity. BofA exhibits the awareness that their decisions and actions affect lives every day. They believe in making decisions that are clear, fair, and grounded in the principles of shared success, responsible citizenship, and community building, striving to help everyone reach their full potential, and putting into practice their understanding that diverse backgrounds and experiences make them stronger. They respect every individual and value our differences in thought, style, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, culture, age, ability, and experience. That sounds like a culture I feel as if I, according to my nature, am already a part of."
