This is another common behavioral question aimed at determining where you fall on the scale of being an extrovert versus an introvert. For some, an analytical approach is more of a singularly focused task, whereas interpersonal is more collaborative and team-oriented. Ideally, you'll want to strike a balance with both. The goal would be someone with analytical skills who also has an interpersonal approach.

Don't choose one or the other unless that is truly the case, which it rarely is. Put self-evaluative thought into your answer rather than trying to hurry through it.
