What would you do if your co-worker did not show up for their shift?

Retail workers are like anyone else - they get sick and have family emergencies. Some might simply be unreliable. At AutoZone, you will likely encounter a situation where a coworker does not come for their shift. In this situation, you can only control your actions. The interviewer wants to know what you would do if presented with this situation.

"I'm always happy to pick up extra shifts for any reason, especially if it means helping my managers and coworkers out of a bind when someone doesn't show up for their assigned shift. Being a team player is important to me, and I want to do what I can to make my coworkers' jobs easier."
