As a Project Manager, your job is to work with and collaborate with others to achieve a common goal. The interviewer wants to hear that you are a team player and can work well with diverse groups.
If you have experience working as a Project Manager, describe how well you have collaborated with others in the past when working on projects. If you are new to this field, use an experience from a former job, sports team, or school to describe how you work well with others.
Since the Project Manager position requires you to work well with others, avoid saying you do not collaborate well. If you show the interviewer that you will not be a team player or will have difficulty working with others, they will not hire you for the position.
