Your interviewer is curious about how your motivators align with what they offer. This question also serves to gauge the consistency of your answers. What You Need to Know
Notice they ask about your last role, not your last job. This gives you the opportunity to talk about your position as opposed to your job, which is beneficial if you were promoted to another position from within. Take the time to evaluate your five-year career plan, and determine how your previous position delivered you through your goals and how it led you to interview for Abbott's intern program.
