Depending on the requirements of the role you are interviewing for and those of future positions you hope to advance into, you may or may not have plans for furthering your education. If this doesn't currently fit into your career goals, don't close yourself off to the option; it's best to leave the door open to such possibilities. Validate the incentives they offer and show appreciation for how well they treat their employees. This suggests their offerings may have played a contributing factor in your decision to seek employment with them. For example, the AAA club of Southern California advertises online to their potential recruits, "Drive Your Career with Tuition Assistance. Thinking about a college degree?
