They are also curious how your answer will align with how they perceive you in your interview so far. So when answering this question, reflect on your past, any comments your coworkers have volunteered about you, and comments delivered in your past performance reviews. Also, consider the qualities your AAA club values in their employees, and try to align yourself with them.
