Your passion goes a long way, but your knowledge and expertise in the field will give you more credibility. The interviewer wants to hear that you understand how physically and emotionally demanding the job can be. They want to hear that you are a team player and enjoy working outdoors. If you have been working in the industry, talk about what you have learned and what you enjoy so far.
