"Working on a team gives you the motivation when you're feeling discouraged, the strength to move forward when faced with overwhelming obstacles and the support you need to do the best you can with what you have. I enjoy working on my team because we are like a family. We may have our disagreements from time to time, but we have learned how to communicate and collaborate to do our jobs effectively and efficiently. At the end of the day, we truly enjoy each other's company and that makes it such a great environment to work in."
