"In a previous role, I had a coworker who was frequently calling off sick on the weekends. It often meant that others had to come in last minute on the weekend to fill in for this person. I happened to follow this coworker on social media and could see that he was out at the bar on days that he had called off sick. The first few times I did not say anything but then it became pretty frequent and I ended up speaking to my manager about it. He did not end up losing his job and my manager did not tell him that I was the one who said anything. I felt that it was handled professionally and I still had a good working relationship with him."
