What You Should Say
Think about your previous roles and the new tasks that you learned when beginning those roles. Discuss how you were best able to learn the tasks of those positions. Some people learn best through demonstration, some learn best by reading and having notes to refer to, and others learn well if they are able to take a more hands-on approach. However, you are best able to learn new tasks, discuss that with the interviewer.

"I always learn best by working hands-on. As long as I know what tasks I am to perform, I am usually able to figure it out and complete those tasks successfully.
