Business doesn't always run smoothly and unfortunately, there are times when you may be at risk of losing a client. Perhaps you were unable to meet their needs, communication was off, or their budget has been cut. Whatever the reason may be, the interviewer wants to know how you would handle this scenario. In your response, demonstrate your client management skills.

1st Answer Example
"As soon as a client vices any concerns, I address them immediately to avoid losing them as a client. If the issue is something I can resolve, I take the necessary steps and reassure the client that our company will provide what we've agreed to without any issues. I also ask how I can be of better service to them. If the issue is out of my control, I still find ways to continue working with the client."
