What is reviewed during an Inspect and Adapt meeting?
SAFe agilists are expected to have had experience with retrospective meetings throughout their career. Interviewers ask this question to determine if a SAFe agilist understands the application of this concept within a SAFe setting.
Remember to include all three of the main components of the Inspect and Adapt meeting. Each section is critical and helps to minimize delay and add value to future program increments.
"The Inspect and Adapt meeting has three main components. First, the feature sets are reviewed to ensure they meet the needs of the business. The features are scored to determine how valuable they are. Second, the metrics for the increment are reviewed and discussed to determine if there are issues within the process. Necessary backlog changes are also discussed. Finally, there is a retrospective process aimed at solving problems and creating specific action plans to address identified issues."
