This is a great question to tell the interviewer a little bit about your work history. If you are fresh out of school, highlight you favorite classes and how you feel they will relate to the workforce. Take the opportunity to 'walk' the interviewer through a day on the job. Talk about your customer service skills, interaction with medical staff and your administrative skills.

Wow! It's wonderful that you have so much experience. This is definitely a strength that the interviewer will appreciate. To make your answer stronger, choose an example or two to talk about that shows how you served patients in their times of need. What was the patient's problem? How did you help them? What personality traits (compassion, patience, kindness?) and knowledge did you use to successfully solve their issue? Adding these details will make your answer much more powerful. Great job!
