In your opinion, what is the future of Oracle Grid?

When responding to a question that asks for your opinion on a topic, you should be comfortable providing the interviewer with your opinion as long as it is well thought out and can be substantiated. If you don't have the information or background needed to respond to the question, you should communicate this to the interviewer. The main thing to avoid is fabricating an answer. Interviewers will immediately recognize this and will ding you for attempting to bluff them rather than credit you for your creativity.
