"I get very excited and passionate about my work, and sometimes that means I work quite a lot. I see it as a blessing and a curse, because I enjoy what I do even when I forget to pause and take a break. I also become very invested in the people around me, so it can be difficult for me to leave work at work and not be impacted later on by something that might've happened that day. Lastly, I'd say that I can be a bit of a perfectionist. I strive to do my best, no matter what the task, and I have to remind myself that aiming for perfection might sometimes cause me to miss valuable learning along the way."
