"I've always been good at understanding what gets people excited, so deciding to get a degree in marketing made a lot of sense. I figured this out in high school when I worked at a local auto repair shop. When customers inquired about new products, I always seemed to know the right thing to say to sell the item. Whether the customer was an older man or a middle-aged woman, I just had a knack for knowing what they wanted and needed to hear."
Whatever your reason, share how you decided on your career path, the purpose you hope to fulfill, and the impact you hope to make. There are no wrong answers here--other than saying "I'm not sure why I chose to pursue a career in marketing."
